Citizens and Residents Services
- The Office of Community Relations (OCR) offers residents the expertise of Citizen Services Specialists who handle requests for services including complaints, concerns and questions of residents.
- OCR is the point of contact for the County Executive, handling complaints ranging from waste pickup to code enforcement violations.
- Requests are sent to the Departments who address the complaint.
- Our objective is to make contact with each resident within 48 hours. Although it is not always feasible to solve each resident complaint within 48 hours, we strive to make contact with each resident within that timeframe.
- We focus our attention on exploring new opportunities and possibilities by establishing effective methods to meet the needs of the citizens and residents of the county.
