Assistant State's Attorney
Individuals interested in applying for Assistant State's Attorney
positions must be a member of the Maryland Bar. A resume with a cover
letter stating interest and availability is to be submitted. Resumes
will be kept on file for six months. After that time, it is the

Law Clerk
Individuals interested in applying for Law Clerk positions must
have a Paralegal Certificate and/or an Associate of Arts degree as a
minimum educational qualification. A resume with a cover letter stating
interest and availability is to be submitted. Resumes will be kept on

The hiring of individuals interested in secretarial positions is
controlled by the Office of Personnel & Labor Relations, located at
