The Office of the Deputy Director, Bureau of Services, includes the Population Management Division and Program Services Division.
This office is responsible for community liaison and reintegration programs, all inmate programs, special programming for juveniles, court liaison functions, aftercare programs, calculation of inmate time served and other inmate records functions, inmate release, pretrial and classification functions, drug monitoring and alternative to incarceration programs.
